Hello all,

As promissed precise timings regarding tomorrows server move are now available.

CONTROL PANEL DOWNTIME: The Control panel for servers hosted on 81.19.209.181 will be taken offline from 10PM BST, Control panel access will be restricted to servers hosted on the 81.19.219.136 IP and the 75.126.74.69 IP, The restriction will remain in place until all services have been re-configured with the control panel which we believe will take approximately 4 hours.

SERVER DOWNTIME: All servers hosted on the 81.19.209.181 IP will be taken OFFLINE from 11:55 PM BST, the downtime is expected to last upto 1 hour however we are confident that most servers will be available in half that time.

NEW IP: All paths / links to your services will remain the same however the IP (for http / ftp purposes) will be changed, Please remember this only affects users who currently have a server running on the ip: 81.19.209.181. The NEW ip for these users will be: 195.66.148.174

We apologise for any inconvenience this downtime may cause - If you have a scheduled event due to run during the above time slots please open a support ticket and we will be happy to set up a temporary server for your event on an unaffected server.
